WHAT WE DO
Located in Pittsburg, Kansas, PRG Professional provides fabricated parts using Waterjet Cutting, CNC Routing and Laser Cutting. Our On-Demand manufacturing facility requires no tooling, no inventory, and the ability to scale with our customers. We provide part production volumes ranging from 1,000 parts to 1 million parts. Our In-House part assembly allows PRG to provide our customers with assembly of multiple components that are ready for the customer. Our expert Design and Engineering team is what allows PRG to provide our customers with excellent end use parts from sheet stock materials that range from polymers to metal to wood. We believe in excellent Customer Service and High-Quality Parts. Our team will work with you face to face when possible to assist in production runs and look at new opportunities. With PRG you are investing in a relationship, not just a line of product.

EQUIPMENT
We invest heavily in On-Demand technology that eliminates the need for tooling in the manufacturing process, which results in a lower overall cost to you. Our specialty is providing quick turn manufacturing using a variety of CNC equipment including waterjet cutting, laser cutting, another several other on demand machines.
PRODUCTION SAMPLES
It is rare to find a manufacturer that also provides R&D on a project that will include material expertise and process expertise. PRG provides both. We believe in producing quality parts, and offer in-house engineering and prototyping to provide production part samples in less than 36 hours at no charge to you.
